Hel Ra Citadel

Hel Ra Citadel is a trial located southeast of Mtharnaz in Craglorn. The Celestial Warrior makes a temporary appearance on the other side of the citadel warning the Vestige of danger ahead and leave the citadel in order to live. Hel Ra Citadel is an ancient fortress of the Nede and later overrun by Redguards with the warning upon any inhabitant who enters the citadel
