Xi-Tsei

Xi-Tsei is a delve located to the south in Blackwood. The delve is a ruin and part of rescuing friends from the Sul-Xan performing rituals of sacrifice. The ruin has hints of a mysterious book for the Vestige to discover the history of the ruin
